Here are 10 things you can do to aid your conversion to veganism. Keep a food journal for three days. At the end of that period, complete the next three days without eating any of the foods in your first section. This will demonstrate that you can, in fact, survive without eating the same foods you've become accustomed to. It will also encourage you to educate yourself about what else is out there.
