1 cup whole wheat couscous
1 cup orange juice
1 cup cooked chick peas
1 grapefruit
Chopped chives
Boil the orange juice over the stove in a medium sized sauce pan. Add the couscous and stir. Cover and remove from the heat. Peel and chop the grapefruit into bite sized pieces. Combine remaining ingredients with cooked couscous. Chill and serve.
